Simple rules, because the site does very little. In force since 27 August 2026.
1. What this site is
A presentation of the private transfer routes the operation covers from Trancoso, with a contact channel on WhatsApp.
2. What this site is not
It is not a booking system. Browsing here, clicking a button or sending a message does not confirm a trip or reserve a vehicle.
A booking exists only after route, date, time and conditions are agreed in the conversation and confirmed by us. Before that, no service is contracted.
3. Times and routes are estimates
The durations shown apply to normal road and ferry conditions. Ferry queues, heavy rain, the state of the dirt stretch and traffic change the real time, so no schedule published here is a guarantee.
When timing is critical — a flight, for instance — the margin is calculated in the conversation, taking the day and the season into account.
4. Prices
This site publishes no prices, because they depend on route, timing and party size. The amount is given in the conversation, before anything is agreed.
5. Site content
Texts, images and the visual identity belong to Trancoso Transfer. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.
6. Applicable law
These terms follow Brazilian law. Matters concerning the transport service are settled directly with the operation, through the contact channel.
