What to include in your first message
Route, date and time. Number of passengers and how many bags. If a flight is involved, its number — that is how we track delays.
Also say whether you need a child seat, whether the luggage is unusual, or whether pick-up is on a sand street. Those three change which vehicle goes out.
What we never ask for here
No payment details are requested through this site. There is no charge, no card and no on-page booking — the conversation happens on WhatsApp and payment is agreed there.
