Privacy policy
This site handles very little data, and this page describes exactly what. In force since 27 August 2026.
1. Who is responsible
Trancoso Transfer operates this site and is responsible for the decisions about the data described here. The channel for any privacy matter is the same WhatsApp used for bookings, shown on the contact page.
2. What this site collects
Only browsing data through Google Analytics, and only if you accept in the cookie notice: pages visited, where the visit came from, language, device type and clicks on WhatsApp buttons.
If you decline, nothing is recorded on this device and the site keeps working in full. Analytics starts switched off and only turns on with your acceptance.
3. What this site does not do
There is no form, no sign-up, no login and no restricted area. No payment data is requested or processed here — the site charges nothing and stores no card.
We do not sell or share data. We run no personalised advertising: Google’s advertising signals stay off even for visitors who accept analytics.
4. What happens when you click WhatsApp
The button opens a chat in the app with a message about the route already written. From there, your data is handled under WhatsApp’s own policy, which we do not control.
Whatever you write in the chat stays on our phone, is used to arrange the agreed trip, and goes nowhere else.
5. Legal basis
Analytics relies on your consent, given in the cookie notice and withdrawable at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer — as easily as it was given.
Handling your WhatsApp enquiry relies on performing the service you asked for.
6. Your rights
Brazil’s LGPD grants you the right to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymisation or deletion, know who it was shared with, and withdraw consent.
Requests can be made through the WhatsApp used for bookings. We reply as soon as possible and within the legal deadline at the latest.
7. Retention and international transfer
Browsing data stays in Google Analytics for the period configured in the tool and is deleted automatically afterwards.
Google and WhatsApp process data outside Brazil. By accepting analytics you agree to that transfer; by declining, it does not happen.
8. What is stored in your browser
Three keys, and none of them is an advertising cookie. The consent key holds your own decision about analytics — it is what stops us asking again on every page, which is why it exists even for people who decline.
The first-touch key records where you arrived from, and is only written if you accept analytics; declining erases it. The developer-mode key only appears if someone opens the site with ?dev=true at the end of the address, to switch analytics off on that device.
All of it stays on your device and disappears when you clear your browser data. None of it reaches a server of ours — this site has no database.
